NuvoBarcelona is looking for a Sales Manager, who can help us to continue to grow and deliver the best quality service to our international investors.

As a Sales Manager you have an affinity for exclusive properties and a clear service-driven mentality. You will be responsible for selling prestigious properties in Barcelona tailored for mostly international clients. You can adapt your strategy to each real estate project that NuvoBarcelona offers and be particularly responsive to the wishes of your clients.

Multilingualism is a must: Spanish, English, French. Catalan is a plus.


  • Sale of properties to national and international clients
  • Valuation and presentation of properties
  • Professional and ongoing client support
  • Implementation of sales and marketing activities


  • At least 3 years of proven experience in sales
  • Great knowledge of Barcelona's property market
  • Good presence, excellent communication skills, self-motivation and drive

Our business consists in covering all aspects of the real estate investment value chain: legal, financial, fiscal, property management, construction, architecture and interior design.

We have over 10 years of proven experience across a broad spectrum of commercial and residential investments, including boutique hotel development, parking lot projects and high-end retail optimization.

We specifically tailor our services for foreign individuals and corporate investors seeking lucrative opportunities in the greater Barcelona real estate market.

Due to this increase in market we require an enthusiastic person to join our team and contribute to the success of the company.

The position will allow you to be part of the project management team. You will also coordinate with clients, consultants and other contractors to ensure the smooth running of the project.

About you:

  • Technical architect or engineer
  • Experience in Real Estate Project Management 2-3 Years in Barcelona
  • Project management of housing projects experience
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, French and Catalan are a plus
